Lance Patonai has joined the Maveneer team as a Senior Engineering Consultant. Lance is a technically adept and passionate leader that has served in various leadership roles such as Regional Director of Mechanical Maintenance for Union Pacific, Site Leader for Amazon.com, and senior leadership for Spreetail LLC. Lance’s significant prior experience in operations management and technical problem solving equip him to excel at designing and implementing the best distribution and manufacturing operations possible.
Prior to Maveneer, Lance spent 4 years with American Bio Engineers performing forensic analysis and reconstructing automotive accidents for testimony in litigated cases. He is renowned for his technical aptitude, extreme ownership, and critical eye for details. Lance has been recognized for cost reduction projects, led the industrial engineering design of all site operations for a railcar manufacturing plant, oversaw $100 million in capital improvement projects, was a keynote speaker at lean manufacturing conferences, and partnered with Toyota & Boeing on their lean journeys.
